Transfer Certificate (TC) from previous school

Previous class Report Card / Mark Sheet

Aadhaar Card of student

Aadhaar Card of both parents

4 recent passport-size photographs

Residence proof (utility bill / rent agreement)

Caste Certificate (if applicable)

Medical / Vaccination records

Class IV	8 years – 9 years	Class III completion + TC
Class V	9 years – 10 years	Class IV completion + TC + Entrance Test
Class VI	10 years – 11 years	Class V completion + TC + Entrance Test
Class VII	11 years – 12 years	Class VI completion + TC + Entrance Test
Class VIII	12 years – 13 years	Class VII completion + TC + Entrance Test
